Website Design Checklist & Submission Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient website design process, please carefully review and follow the instructions below when submitting your project materials.
All website content must be submitted in ONE complete email or a single Word document. While a Word document is not required, it is strongly recommended for organization and clarity.
Important: Please do not send screenshots of text, pricing, or content. All written material must be typed in full. Additionally, website content, images, or project materials will not be accepted via Instagram direct messages, text messages, or any platform outside of email.
Logo
If your logo was not designed by K’s Kreative, please submit your logo as a PNG file with a transparent background. If your logo was created by K’s Kreative, your files are already on record and can be retrieved as needed.
Brand Colors
Websites are typically designed using your existing brand or logo color palette. If you have specific color preferences outside of your current branding, please include those details in your submission. If no additional colors are provided, your website will default to your established brand colors.
Images
Please submit all images you would like used on your website via email. High-quality, professional images are strongly recommended to ensure the best possible result. While a professional photoshoot is not required, low-quality images (including screenshots) will not be accepted. If you do not have suitable images, please let us know and stock photography or AI images can be provided to enhance your website design.
Products (If Applicable)
For websites that include product listings, please provide:

Hair & Beauty Businesses:
Please provide final, clearly defined pricing for all variations (e.g., length, texture, density). Adjusted pricing formulas will not be calculated.

Payment Processing
If your website will accept payments, please provide your payment processor details (e.g., Square, Cash App, Stripe, etc.).
For security purposes, account connections will only be made with your approval. However, this is confidential.
Domain & Hosting
Domains can be purchased through providers such as GoDaddy. Once purchased, please provide login credentials so your domain can be connected to your website. For websites, a paid subscription must be active before domain connection can be completed.
Social Media Integration
If you would like your Instagram feed or social media accounts integrated into your website, please provide the necessary login credentials. If you prefer not to share login access, a placeholder can be added and you may connect it manually at a later time.
Booking Systems (If Applicable)
If your website includes booking functionality, please provide:
