To maintain the integrity, originality, and authenticity of the creative process, K’s Kreative does not recreate, replicate, or directly modify AI-generated artwork, templates, or pre-existing design concepts submitted by clients or sourced externally. All design work is developed through a custom strategy and creative direction process, ensuring each brand identity is uniquely tailored and intentionally crafted for the client. Clients acknowledge and agree that our process prioritizes original creation and professional design expertise. As such, while inspiration references are welcome, AI-generated visuals, pre-made logos, or previously designed concepts may not be used as the direct foundation for the final brand identity. This policy ensures that every project reflects a distinctive, professionally developed brand identity that is original to K’s Kreative and aligned with our design standards

All payments made to K's Kreative are subject to a non-refundable policy. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that design services require time, creative expertise, planning, and labor that cannot be recovered once work has begun. Once a project has been initiated including research, strategy, design, revisions, proofs, mockups, or any other creative work, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Projects or services purchased during promotional sales, special offers, or discounted pricing are also non-refundable. For physical products, refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged or defective. Claims must be reported within the designated timeframe after delivery. K's Kreative is committed to providing every client with a professional, respectful, and enjoyable experience. Likewise, we ask that all communication remains respectful and professional throughout the duration of the project. We reserve the right to terminate a project at any time if a client engages in behavior that is abusive, hostile, disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise interferes with our ability to complete the project professionally. If work has already begun: All payments made will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. If work has not yet begun: Any payments received will be refunded in full, and the project will be formally canceled. These policies are in place to protect both the client and K's Kreative while ensuring a positive and professional working relationship.

All payments must be submitted through our website only, either by completing the online checkout process or through a secure invoice. This ensures your project is properly recorded, added to our production schedule, and completed within the designated turnaround time. Projects totaling under $400 require full payment at the time of booking. Projects totaling $400 or more require a non-refundable 50% deposit before any work will begin. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and must be paid in full before any final files, designs, or deliverables are released.

The standard turnaround time for individual design services—including logos, flyers, business cards, marketing materials, and similar items—is 10–15 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. In most cases, this equates to approximately 2–4 calendar weeks. If you require your project sooner, Rush Service is available for an additional fee. Rush orders are completed within 3–4 business days, subject to availability. Branding Packages Branding packages have a standard turnaround time of 10–20 business days, provided that all required information, content, and assets have been submitted before the project begins. Please note that turnaround times may be extended if additional information is needed or if multiple revision requests are made beyond the initial design concepts. Website Design & Website Revamps Website projects have a standard turnaround time of 10–20 business days, provided that all required website content has been submitted before the scheduled project start date. Because business days do not include weekends or holidays, most website projects are completed within 3–5 calendar weeks. To help avoid delays, clients should submit all website content—including written copy, images, branding assets, and any additional materials—in one organized email or a single Word document. Submitting information across multiple emails may delay your project and you may be asked to consolidate all content before work begins. For clients with expedited timelines, Rush Website Services are available for an additional fee. Rush website projects are completed within 7–10 business days, subject to availability. Project Delays While every effort is made to meet the estimated turnaround times, project timelines may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to a high volume of orders, client response times, illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen events. Should a delay occur, clients will be notified as soon as possible with an updated estimated completion date.

To ensure clear, accurate, and organized communication, all correspondence must be conducted via email or client portal. At this time, K's Kreative does not offer phone calls or phone consultations as onboarding methods, as maintaining written communication helps provide an accurate record of project details, requests, approvals, and revisions for both parties. Once your order has been submitted, our team will begin working diligently to complete your project within the estimated turnaround time. During the design process, you may or may not receive frequent updates while your project is actively being created. Please be assured that this does not mean your order has been overlooked or is not being worked on. Our uninterrupted design process allows us to produce high-quality work while meeting scheduled deadlines. Logo projects or sometimes referred to as Brand Identity projects have a standard turnaround time of 10–15 business days, provided all required information has been received before the project begins. Upon completion, clients will receive their final approved logo in the following file formats: PNG (Transparent Background) JPG PDF SVG EPS Editable source files, including Adobe Illustrator (.AI) and Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) files, are not included with standard logo packages and may be purchased separately for an additional fee.

To achieve the best possible results, it is important to have a clear vision for your brand or project before the design process begins. While we are happy to provide creative guidance and professional recommendations, requesting a full freestyle design means the final concept will be based on our creative interpretation, which may not always align with your personal expectations or preferences. Providing even a small amount of creative direction helps ensure the final design reflects your vision and minimizes the need for excessive revisions. Helpful details include, but are not limited to: Preferred color palette Font styles or typography preferences Inspiration images or mood boards Desired aesthetic (modern, luxury, minimalist, bold, feminine, etc.) Specific elements or ideas you'd like incorporated The more direction you provide, the more efficiently we can create a design that accurately represents your brand and brings your vision to life.

This policy applies only to physical products that require shipping. Once you approve and confirm your final design, your order will move into the production and fulfillment stage. At this time, your product will be prepared for print and carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy and quality before shipment. This process typically takes approximately 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Any orders completed during this time will be shipped on the next available business day. All orders are shipped via UPS, and a tracking number will be provided once your package has been dispatched. Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. K’s Kreative is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information once the order has been shipped. In the event of a delivery issue, customers are advised to contact UPS directly using the provided tracking number to resolve the matter. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier-related issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Delivery dates provided by UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed. K’s Kreative is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

To ensure projects are completed efficiently and within the estimated turnaround time, clients are required to submit all requested information and materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary content or approvals may result in an adjusted project completion date. Clients are expected to maintain active communication throughout the duration of their project. If additional time is needed to gather information, we ask that you communicate this in advance so timelines can be properly adjusted. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, timely communication is greatly appreciated so we can accommodate accordingly. After 45 days of no communication, a $150 restart fee will be required to resume your project. After 90 days (3 months) of inactivity, the project will be considered forfeited, the file will be closed, and no refund will be issued. K’s Kreative operates on a structured production schedule to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients. Extended periods of inactivity significantly impact scheduling and delays the progress of other active projects. For this reason, this policy is strictly enforced. Clients who are prepared and responsive are prioritized to ensure timely delivery and consistent workflow across all projects.
